    Trying out something new

Those of you who have been subscribed to my personal blog for a while may be sick of hearing about all the changes. I'm sorry to all twenty-two of you. However, I'm done forwarding my domain name and have also linked this new blogging space up to my Twitter and Facebook feeds. This will be mildly annoying to those of you who follow me in multiple places, I encourage you to only follow me in one place, or, hey - not at all. If you so choose.

I'll still be interacting on Facebook and Twitter as normal, so no worries there. (I know, breathe a sigh of relief). In one way, this is going to be a weird experiment. Why? Because pretty different groups of people pay attention to me in different places. I'm going to try not to pay attention to any of that, but instead, use this space for me - irrespective of who may be watching.

The Internet is so freaking weird.

What's cool about Posterous (this new, free blogging service I'm using) is that it allows me to easily add video, photos, etc - and there have been a number of things like that I've wanted to share.

Where all this goes, I don't know. Thanks for your patience. You can reach the blog itself by typing in http://ericgrey.com. Smooth like that.

This blog has turned into chiefly a personal development blog. It's mostly a journal for myself and myself only, but sometimes has bits of information of interest to others - thus I've made it public. I do share random weirdness I find on the web, reflect on features of our shared existence, and so on.

Mostly, you'll find me active on my Chinese medicine site, Deepest Health which is undergoing a major overhaul as of November 2010. Honestly, most of my time goes into my multi-disciplinary medical clinic, Watershed Community Wellness. So check that out, too.
